Reviews are held on quarterly basis and have two main objectives:
- to evaluate the service that was provided throughout the previous three months with the aim of examining the effectiveness of the service as well as the client's satisfaction;
- to reassess the person's needs with the client, and thus plan with them the service strategy for the following three months.
Reviews are planned and coordinated by the Residential Supervisor or a Professional Support Worker and are usually held within the client's residence. The presence and participation of the client in such reviews is considered paramount. The client is also free to identify any significant others who they may wish to invite to attend and contribute.
