Q : How can I access your Services? A : For any service request the person must contact Social Work Services. The person will be supplied with all necessary information and directed accordingly. Referrals requesting Community Services will be presented to the Service Allocation Committee to be reviewed for allocation of service. Once the Service is allocated, the person with a disability will be referred to Community Services.
